Harry C. Edwards

Mr. Harry Charles "Sonny" Edwards, 63, of Kannapolis, died Thursday, July 3, 2008, at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 5, 2008, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Born September 6, 1944 in Cabarrus County, he was the son of the late Henry Charles Edwards and Brownie Lee Martin Edwards. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Goldie Edwards. Survivors include five sisters, Ann Huneycutt, Margaret Lauzon, Ruby Sisk and Clara Goodman, all of Kannapolis, and Barbara Grant of Mint Hill.
