Hazel Marie Price

Mrs. Hazel Marie Sellers Price, 79, passed away Thursday, June 05, 2014, at Tucker Hospice House.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 7, 2014, in Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joey Morrison will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 pm Saturday prior to the service at Lady’s Funeral Home.

Mrs. Price was born on February 14, 1935 in Cabarrus County. She was a daughter of the late Harry Sellers and Louise Mullis. She worked as a medical office clerk.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Herbert Price, Sr.; one sister; and two brothers.

Mrs. Price is survived by her two children, Kathy Joplin and husband Lynn, of Concord and Andy Price and wife Sheila of Ormond Beach, FL; brother, Larry Thomas Sellers and wife Margaret, of Concord; four grandchildren, Drew Connelly, Heather Williams, Donnie Atwell and Andrea Price; and six great grandchildren.
