Hazel Lena Seabolt Wilson

Mrs. Hazel Lena Seabolt Wilson, 78, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord. A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Wednesday, October 5, 2011, at Piedmont Baptist Church. Rev. Chris Pethel and Rev. Michael Edwards will officiate. Entombment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Wednesday at Piedmont Baptist Church. Mrs. Wilson was born April 3, 1933 in Cabarrus County. She was the daughter of the late Francis Comer Seabolt and Bertie Alford Seabolt and was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister. She worked as a winder in textiles and also worked in several restaurants around the area. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, Bruce Franklin Wilson; daughter, Teresa Dianne Brideson of Newbern; son, Bruce Randolph Wilson and wife, Annette of China Grove; granddaughter, Erin Brideson; grandsons, Chris and Jeremy Wilson, Josh and Lonnie Duncan, Zach and Alex Brideson and nine great grandchildren.
