Please accept my deepest condolences to the loss of an amazing, devoted husband, father, grandfather and Vietnam vet. I only wish that I had known Henry long enough to have met him. Below is a poem that helped me through the loss of my father, I hope this helps to ease your pain. The peom is titled "A Poem for Grieving" - author unknown.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn's rain
When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift upliting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft star that shines tonight.
Do not stand at my grave and cry-
I am not there.
I did not die.
My prayers are with you all. God Bless.
