Infant Samuel Dylan Smith

Infant Samuel Dylan Smith, beloved son of Samuel Smith and Jennifer Rose Walters, died Tuesday, October 11, 2004, at NorthEast Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 15, 2004, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Wayne Hall will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home of his parents, 218 Guy Avenue NW, Concord. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Sherry Severt of China Grove; paternal grandfather, Samuel Neal Smith of South Carolina; maternal grandmother, Jackie Walters and her boyfriend, John Wacaster, both of Concord; maternal grandfather, Clark Walters of Salisbury; and aunt, Angel Severt of China Grove; and an uncle, Aaron Walters of Concord.
