Jacob Culpepper Presley

Mr. Jacob Culpepper Presley, 77, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Tucker Hospice House.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Rodney Boone will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:45 pm, Wednesday prior to the service at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Presley was born on February 5, 1936 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Wreston Presley and Virginia Kiker Presley. Mr. Presley retired as a heavy equipment operator for Parker Crane in Concord.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Presley was preceded in death by his three daughters, Crystal Star Presley, Amanda Kay Presley and Tina Darlene Fuller.

Mr. Presley is survived by his wife, Rose Harvell Presley; five daughters, Sheila Davis of Gold Hill, Teressa Ford, Juanita Smith and Rena Hurlocker of Kannapolis and Patricia Norton of Concord; three sons, Johnny Presley and Jacob Presley both of Kannapolis and Daniel Hilton of Concord; two brothers, Tom Presley of Concord and Herman Presley of Mt. Pleasant; twenty-three grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
