James Lee Baker Jr.

Mr. James Lee Baker, Jr., 81, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3:00 pm Friday, March 21, 2025 at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Baker was born February 15, 1944 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late James Lee Baker, Sr. and Ruby Whitley Baker. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Union.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Linda Baker.

Mr. Baker is survived by his wife, Johnnie Overcash Baker; two daughters, Randa Eury and husband Keith of Concord, and Kathy Sheehan and Brian Ferraro of Mooresville; brother, Tim Baker and wife Jamie of Kannapolis; and two grandchildren, Courtney Sheehan, and Lindsey Sheehan.
