Jason Eric Treadway

Mr. Jason Eric Treadway, 31, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at his residence. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, December 10, 2011, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Alan Hess will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 pm Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. Jason was born September 20, 1980 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of James Ervin Treadway of China Grove and Patricia Harmon Withers and step-father Danny Withers of Kannapolis. Jason worked for Victor Melton Construction Co. as an equipment operator. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to drag races. Jason was an avid UNC Tar Heel fan. He was preceded in death by brothers, Jaymie Treadway and Marty Adams. Jason, in addition to his parents, is survived by long time companion, Heather Boyd of Salisbury; sister, Teresa Reyes of Kannapolis; brothers, Justin Treadway, Andrew Treadway, Anthony Treadway and Brandon Martin all of China Grove; step-sisters, Candace Donalds and Carmon Morris; step-brother, Dell Withers; grandmothers, Ruby Harmon and Selma Carpenter; grandfather, Clifford Harmon and many nieces and nephews .
