She was born on September 27, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA. She was the daughter of the late James Daly and Christabel Peterson Daly

Mrs. Warner is survived by daughter, Kara Warner of Willow Springs; sons, Bret Warner of Greenwood, SC and Keith Warner of Raleigh; three grandchildren, Olivia Warner, Aidan Warner and Emily Warner.
