Jefferson Junius Stack

Mr. Jefferson Junius Stack, 96, passed away Monday, June 13, 2022, at his home in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, June 17, 2022, at Midway United Methodist Church. Rev. Craig Allen will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:45 pm Friday at Midway United Methodist Church.

Mr. Stack was born August 20, 1925 in Kannapolis. He was a son of the late Jefferson Junius Jeneer Stack and Pearl Price Stack. He was a life member of the Allen-Graham Masonic Lodge and a long time member of Midway United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters; and five brothers.

Mr. Stack is survived by his wife, Betty Jordan Stack; three children, Keith Stack and wife Darlene of Kannapolis, Jill Greene and husband Stan of Norwood and Janet Stack of China Grove; three step-children, Benita Ballard and husband Mark of Salisbury, Pam Higgins and husband Bill of Burgaw and Judy Sobo and husband Phil of Cornelius; eight grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
