Jeffrey Eugene Lowder

Mr. Jeffrey Eugene Lowder, 61, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017, at CHS - Stanly in Albemarle.

A graveside service is scheduled for 3:00 pm Wednesday, January 11, 2017, at Oakwood Cemetery. Rev. Jeremy Hyde will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 pm Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Lowder was born February 25, 1955 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of Minnie Irene Elwood Lowder of Landis and the late Jack Eugene Lowder. He worked as a welder and was a resident of Bethany Woods Health and Rehabilitation in Albemarle.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Lowder.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother Minnie “Irene” Elwood Lowder.

The family would like to thank the staff of 11-A Trauma Stepdown Unit at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte for the care and support that was given to Jeff and his family. And also a special Thank You to Nurse Konda at Bethany Woods.
