Jerry Dale Connell

Mr. Jerry Dale Connell, 56, of 2306 Lane Street, Kannapolis, died Monday, November 24, 2008 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. A memorial service for Mr. Connell will be conducted Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at 6 p.m. at the home of his sister-in-law, Roxann Linker, 5930 Turkey Road, Kannapolis. His uncle, Bill Foil will officiate. Mr. Connell was born in Cabarrus County, on October 7, 1952, a son of the late Harry Connell and Nathalia Martin Connell. A veteran of the US Navy, he formerly worked for Philip Morris in Concord. Survivors include his wife Sandra Linker Connell and a son Jared Connell, both of the home; and a brother, Bob Connell of Mt. Airy. Memorials for Mr. Connell may be made to the Cabarrus County Hospice & Palliative Care, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
