Jerry Gilbert Deese

Jerry Gilbert Deese, 78, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord.

Jerry was born September 2, 1936 in Salisbury. He was a son of the late James M. Deese and Nelle Brown Deese. He was the owner & operator of an air freight shipping service.

Mr. Deese is survived by six children, Karey Szucs and David Deese, both of Kannapolis, James Robert Deese of Concord, Kingsley Deese of Rock Hill, SC, John Deese of Charlotte and Susan Morrison of Davidson; sister, Juanita "Jan" Jahanbani of KS; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
