Jerry Harold Henry

Mr. Jerry Harold Henry, 56, of 701 Pleasant Avenue, Kannapolis, NC, died Friday, August 16, 2002, at his residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Sunday, August 18, 2002, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Greg Reece will officiate. Burial will follow at Kannapolis Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:00 PM Sunday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times, the family will be at the residence. Mr. Henry was born October 29, 1945 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Claude Thomas Henry and Elizabeth Duncan Henry. He was employed as a sheetrock hanger in residential construction in this area and formerly worked for Fun-Tees in Concord. He was of the Methodist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Henry and Tom Henry. Mr. Henry is survived by five sisters, Donell H. Shaver of Concord, Diane Henry of China Grove, Ann H. Bates, Mary H. Barnhardt, and Samantha Childers, all of Kannapolis; step-mother, Thelma Henry of Kannapolis.
