Jerry Lee Horne

Mr. Jerry Lee Horne, 71, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025, at his home in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. George Morris will officiate. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:45 am Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Jerry was born November 13, 1954 in Salisbury. He was a son of the late Hade Horne and Grace Taylor Horne.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Horne of Chesterfield, SC.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Kathy Horne; daughter, Ashley Goodman of Warrensburg, MO; son, Steven Horne (Jessica) of Kannapolis; sister, Ethel Cline of Fayetteville, NC; and one grandchild.

The family would like to thank Cabarrus County Hospice care team for all of their care and support.
