Joe Hubert Graham

Mr. Joe Hubert Graham, 94, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013, at CMC-Northeast.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gary Scoggins will officiate. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in China Grove.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 8:00 pm Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Graham was born May 2, 1919 in Madison County, GA. He was a son of the late Leonard Washington Graham and Ida Kanzadie Drake Graham.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Ellen "Millie" Mildred Graham.

Mr. Graham is survived by two sons, David Graham of Swartz Creek, MI and Herman Graham of Hampstead; two daughters, Helen Woodward of Kannapolis and Jo "Bootz" Boone from Hampstead; brother, James "Jim" Graham of Bowman, GA; sister, Odebel Vinson of Kannapolis; companion, Betty Pitchford; ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
