Johnny Lawrence Mason

Johnny Lawrence Mason, a loving brother and resident of Washington Lane, died on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Avante of Concord. A graveside service is scheduled for 1:30 pm Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Carolina Memorial Park. Rev. Wade Easom will officiate. The family will receive friends from noon to 1:15 pm Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mr. Mason was born on April 6, 1938 in Cabarrus County. He was a son of the late Clarence Mason and Mary E. Lowder Mason. He was a retired automobile mechanic. He is survived by two sisters, Joyce Allen and Emma Hargette; and one brother, Edward Mason.
