Jon "Lefty" Logan Ball

Jon Logan "Lefty" Ball, 19, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 6:00 pm Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tim Newton will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 5:45 pm Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mr. Ball was born January 17, 2006 in Concord. He was a son of Crissa Lemly and Gwynn Ball. He attended Christian Fellowship Church, and was a graduate of Concord High School, Class of 2024. Most of his friends called him "Lefty". He was an avid athlete, especially excelling in baseball. Being a farm boy, he enjoyed fishing very much. Jon loved all of his family and friends to the fullest.

Jon is survived by his mother, Crissa Lemly; step-father, William Nichols; father, Gwynn Ball; sister, Kayla Ball and fiancé, Jason Johnson, Jr.; niece, Holly Lynn Johnson; maternal grandparents, Chris and Kelli Lemly; God son, Traylen; and his fiancée, Karlie Gainey and her family.
