Jon Derek Wise, 51, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast.
Born June 15, 1962 in Cabarrus County, he was a son of Barbara Ann Goodnight Wise and the late Doyce Farrell Wise. He was the Director of Medical Records at Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Carmen W. Bishoff (Rod) of Dawsonville, GA and Angel W Sas (David) of Blythewood, SC; and two nephews, Matthew Lambert and Terry Sas.
