Mr. Jorge Luis Hernandez, 46, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016, in Charlotte.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, August 13, 2016, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Mr. Hernandez was born May 22, 1970 in Fairfield County, CT. He was the son of Jose Hernandez and Olga Colon Hernandez.
Mr. Hernandez, in addition to his parents, is survived by his wife, Evelyn Hernandez; daughter, Natalie Hernandez and boyfriend, Dametrious; son, Bryan Hernandez; and numerous siblings.
