Mrs. Judith Elaine Gillespie Middleton, 78, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Transitional Health Services in Kannapolis.
Mrs. Middleton was born July 26, 1942 in Charleston, WV. She was a daughter of the late Alban Gillespie and Mildred Halstead Gillespie.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert G. Middleton.
Mrs. Middleton is survived by a daughter, Kendra Tipton of Mount Sterling, KY; three sons, Kevin Middleton of Florida, Phillip Middleton of Belmont and Bradley Middleton of Tennessee; along with a brother, Thomas A. Gillespie; a sister, Barbara A. Twiddy; seven grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.
