Judy Patricia Pagoota

Ms. Judy Patricia Hart Pagoota, 66, passed away Monday, November 11, 2013, at Best of Care Assisted Living in Kannapolis.

A memorial service is scheduled for 12:30 pm Saturday, November 16, 2013, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Roper will officiate. The family will receive friends from 11 to 12:15 pm Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Ms. Pagoota was born December 17, 1946 in Charlotte. She was a daughter of the late Crawford Hart and Dorothy Brabham Hart. She was a homemaker. Judy enjoyed gardening, beach music and shagging and time at the coast.

Ms. Pagoota is survived by two daughters, Renee Pagoota and fiancé Andrew of Mooresville and Brett Brown and husband Scott of Concord; two sisters, Jean H. Arthur of Mooresville and Wendy H. Scott of East Sparta, OH; two brothers, Tim Hart of Uniontown, OH and Ted Hart of Grantham, NC; and two grandchildren, Tyler and Gavan Brown.
