Kathy Renee Ayala

Mrs. Kathy Renee Jackson Ayala, 34, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:30 pm Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Rodney Boon will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:15 pm Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home prior to the service.

Kathy was born September 14, 1981 in High Point, NC. She was a daughter of the Lonnie Ray Jackson and the late Betty Hendley Jackson.

Kathy is survived by her husband Ashfak Muhammad; four children, Amber Jackson of Pageland, SC, Karina Ayala of Vega, TX, Casey Ayala of Kannapolis and Miranda Duenaz of Salisbury; two sisters, Kristy Burchet and Misty Bunton; and two brothers, Christopher Johnson and Davis Johnson.
