Kenneth Wayne Coe

Mr. Kenneth Wayne Coe, 66, 204-B Mt. Moriah Drive, Lexington, died Saturday, August 21, 2004, at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point, NC. A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2004, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel in Kannapolis. The Rev. Clyde Akers will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Daphne Coe, 912 S. Juniper Street, Kannapolis. Born October 28, 1937, in Iredell County, he was a son of the late Richard H. Coe and Jamie Wren White Coe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Linney Coe. Survivors include his wife, Rose Reid Coe; two daughters, Julie Coe Grice of Thomasville, NC and Tammie Coe Heintzman of San Marcos, CA; two step-daughters, Tammy Kaufman of Wake Forest, NC and Tawni Byrd of Winston Salem, NC; a brother, Bobby Coe and his wife, Daphne, of Kannapolis; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
