Ken graduated from Canandaigua Academy in NY. He was retired from Southeastern Metal Products where he was a shipping and receiving supervisor. After his retirement he went to work for Ben Mynatt Chevy Cadillac in Concord, where he was a driver, and a part time sales representative for the Kannapolis Intimidators. Ken fought the good fight, and finished the race with honor and strength in the Lord. He kept the faith for more than forty years, and his family is blessed to know that he was saved in the mid 1970’s. His family is comforted in knowing that he is now made whole in heaven for eternity with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He leaves behind a legacy of believers that will share the gospel with others in a loving and kind way. His family thanks you for your support and prayers during this difficult time.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles "Sonny" Hurlburt; and sister, Hazel Wilkerson.
