Kenneth Eugene "Shine" Stegall

Mr. Kenneth Eugene "Shine" Stegall, 77, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Mr. Stegall was born April 10, 1943 in Mount Pleasant. He was a son of the late Connie Stegall and Elizabeth Stowe Stegall. He was a member of the Baptist faith. Mr. Stegall enjoyed playing golf when he was younger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Linda S. Morgan; and three brothers, Rayford, Johnny and Don Stegall.

Mr. Stegall is survived by his wife, Gail Evans Stegall; two step-children, Michael Wagner and wife Angela of Kannapolis and Dina Lowe and husband Richard of China Grove; three grandchildren, Heather Raffaldt and husband Scott, Allen Wagner and wife Blair and Aaron Lowe; and three great grandchildren, Michael, Colt and Alanna Wagner.
