Kenya Renea Hubbard Waggoner

Ms. Kenya Renea Hubbard Waggoner, 52, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

A funeral service is scheduled for 12:00 pm Friday, July 21, 2017, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Curtis Parker will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11:45 am Friday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Ms. Waggoner was born January 9, 1965 in Concord, NC. She was a daughter of the late Kenneth Lee Hubbard and Betty Cashion Hubbard. Ms. Waggoner was a loving mother and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She worked in retail and also had her own cleaning business. She also enjoyed crafting and making floral arrangements for her friends and family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Richard Hubbard.

Ms. Waggoner is survived by her daughter, Anna McCombs of Concord; son, Josh Waggoner; brother, Michael Hubbard and wife Jennifer of Kannapolis; sister, Lisa Plott and husband Mark of Kannapolis; and four grandchildren, Landon McCombs, Logan McCombs, Lincoln McCombs and Chloe Waggoner.
