Laneece Marie Ramsey

Mrs. Laneece Marie Goodnight Ramsey, 64, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, February 11, 2021, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leon Hawks will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 pm Thursday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ramsey was born July 20, 1956 in Concord, NC. She was a daughter of the late Raymond Goodnight and Marie Goodman Goodnight.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, William David Caldwell.

Mrs. Ramsey is survived by husband, John Ramsey; daughter, Candice Caldwell Day and husband Shayne and granddaughter Tallulah; step-children Josh, Meredith and Jonathan Ramsey; sister, Marsha Weaver and husband Benny and nephews Mark and Jason Weaver.
