Lee Williams

Mr. Lee Williams, 78, a resident of the Manorhouse in Concord, died Wednesday, June 26, 2002, at NorthEast Medical Center. A private graveside service will be conducted Saturday, June 29, 2002, at Carolina Memorial Park. The Rev. Norman Brisson will officiate. Born October 9, 1923, in Iredell County, NC, he was a son of the late M. E. Williams and the late Stella Mayberry Williams. He was the owner and operator of Coin-op Laundry in Concord. Mr. Williams was a member of Taylor Springs Baptist Church in Iredell County. Survivors include a sister, Sarah W. Harris and her husband, Herman, of Kannapolis; and a brother, M. E. Williams, Jr. of Houston, Texas. Memorials may be sent to Taylor Springs Baptist Church, 443 Taylor Springs Road, Union Grove, NC 28689.
