Lois Graham Adams Mcmath

Mrs. Lois Graham Adams McMath, 91, formerly of Kannapolis, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, October 21, 2011, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Marler Starnes will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 pm Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mrs. McMath was born October 21, 1919 in Royston, GA. She was a daughter of the late John B. Graham and Martha Ella Flemming Graham. She worked for Cannon Mills in the Spinning room. She was a member of Christ Temple in Winston-Salem. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon McMath; two sisters, Mazelle Sartain Truax and Mary Benton; and five brothers, Sam Graham, L.V. Graham, J.P. Graham, Mathis Graham and Plumer Graham, Sr. Mrs. McMath is survived by her daughter, Vivian Weaver of Winston-Salem; and her grandson, Blane Weaver also of Winston-Salem, NC.
