Ludelia Holland Fisher

Mrs. Ludelia Holland Fisher, 87, formerly of Salisbury, passed away Monday, January 2, 2012, at Sunrise of Raleigh in Raleigh. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Friday, January 13, 2012, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leon Hawks will officiate. Entombment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in China Grove. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 pm Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. Mrs. Fisher was born September 18, 1924 in Rowan County. She was the daughter of the late Clyde Crayton Holland and Effie Beaulah Corriher Holland. Mrs. Holland was a member of Mt. Zion United Church of Christ. She enjoyed sewing and crochet. Ludelia enjoyed cooking for her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Alexander Fisher and daughter, Sharon Irene Fisher. Mrs. Fisher is survived by daughter, Aloma Fisher Nogueira of Fuquay Varina; granddaughter, Brigid V. Troan and her husband, Erik of Cary; great great grandsons, Lawrence Arthur Troan, Ian Alexander Troan and Colin William Troan.
