Marian Rice Jenkinson

Mrs. Marian Rice Jenkinson, 82, of 1725 Lentz Harness Shop Road, N., Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, January 19, 2008 at her residence. She was born on Sept. 26, 1925 in Hinton, W. Va. to the late Robert Rice and Mary "Elizabeth" Haptonstall Rice. She was preceded in death also by her husband, Robert Bernard Jenkinson. She retired from Diamond Department Stores as a fashion coordinator and also worked in the advertising department of Waccamaw Pottery. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Deltona, Fla. Surviving is one daughter, Jo Beth Coia, and husband, Mike, of the home and two grandsons, Evan and Justin Coia.
