Mary Francine Basinger

Mrs. Mary Francine "Fran" Basinger, 80, a resident of Avante of Concord and formerly of Kannapolis, died Sunday, February 8, 2004, at Avante of Concord. A graveside service is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2004, at St. Marks Lutheran Church Cemetery in Salisbury. Rev. Leon Hawks will officiate. Mrs. Basinger was born November 7, 1923 in Kannapolis. She was a daughter of the late Lonnie Mitchell Basinger and Mary Smith Basinger. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Basinger is survived by a nephew, David Basinger of Fort Mill, SC.
