Mary Helen Bumgarner

Mrs. Mary Helen Seagraves Bumgarner, 85, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016, at Carolinas Healthcare System - NorthEast in Concord.

A funeral service is scheduled for 2:30 pm Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Liz Fisher will officiate. Entombment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park Mausoleum in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bumgarner was born May 19, 1930 in Clarke County, GA. She was the daughter of the late W. Lonnie Seagraves and Mary Lee Vonia Allen Seagraves. She worked for Cannon Mills as a secretary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlie Maynard Bumgarner.

Mrs. Bumgarner is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
