Mary Margaret Honeycutt Pritchard

Mrs. Mary Margaret Honeycutt Pritchard, 92, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022, at her home in Concord.

A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tony Allen will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 am Wednesday at Lady's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pritchard was born January 2, 1930 in Concord. She was a daughter of the late Eli Ingram Honeycutt and Ada Bell Ferris Honeycutt. She was a member of Center United Methodist Church in Concord. She was a former Brownie, Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader at Epworth United Methodist Church. She loved gardening, art and crafts, meeting people and loved her entire family. Margaret was employed by Walmart in Hermitage, TN as a sales associate.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Frederick Pritchard; a son, Stanton Eli Pritchard; son-in-law, Craig Cline; three sisters, Elizabeth "Lib" Faggart, Sylvia Irene Blackwelder and Rachel H. Kluttz; and two grandsons, Justin Pritchard Cline and Bryan Brindle.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Joy P. Cline of Concord; son, John Pritchard and wife Heather of Mt. Juliet, TN; sister, Rebecca Fine and husband David of Denton; six grandchildren, Zack Cline, Amber Brindle, Tiffany Goodman, William Whitney, Melanie Hanson and Andrea Hanson; four great grandchildren, Elizabeth Brindle, Madison Cline, Anna Brindle and Drew Goodman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
