Mary Frances Ziegler

Mrs. Mary Frances Poole Ziegler, 68, passed away Friday, March 6, 2015, at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 pm Friday at Lady's Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm Friday, March 13, 2015, at West Lawn Memorial Park in China Grove. Rev. Curtis Fienison will officiate.

Mrs. Ziegler was born August 13, 1946 in Concord. She was a daughter of the late Dorris Eugene Poole and Frances Lilian Brown Poole. She was a riding instructor on Red White & Blue Ranch in Florida and later worked as an electronic assembler for RCA, as a self-employed contract cleaner, and most recently as a clerk for Rite Aid.

Mrs. Ziegler is survived by her husband, Mark Ziegler; daughter, Katie Barrier of Rockwell; son, Luke Ziegler of Salisbury; sister, Charlene “Donna” Poole McCall and husband John “Frank” of Oak Island; and three brothers, Jerry Eugene Poole and wife Linda of Seneca, SC, Billy Ray Poole and wife Mary Estelle of Kannapolis and Terry Lynn Poole of Oak Island.
