Michael Dewayne Henry

Mr. Michael DeWayne Henry, 47, passed away Monday, June 5, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System - NorthEast in Concord.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, June 9, 2017 at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gene Edwards will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 5:45 pm Friday at Lady’s Funeral Home prior to the service.

Mr. Henry was born June 13, 1969 in Cabarrus County, NC. He was a son of Frankie Elizabeth Tarlton Henry and the late Claude Thomas Henry, Jr. He was a self-employed handyman. Mr. Henry was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Henry, in addition to his mother, is survived by a daughter, Amber Beaver of Wright City, MO; two brothers, Mitchell Henry of Kannapolis and Thomas Henry of Wallace, SC; sister, Angela Moore of Kannapolis; and one grandchild.
