Michael Wayne Tollison

Mr. Michael Wayne Tollison, 63, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast.

A memorial service is scheduled at 4:00 pm Sunday, September 30, 2012, at Great Wolf Lodge, 10175 Weddington Road, Concord. Mr. Phillip Cunningham will officiate.

Mr. Tollison was born on October 20, 1948. He was the son of the late James Tollison and Louise Rhinehardt Tollison. He graduated from the Fort Mill High School Class of 1966. Mr. Tollison served in the US Navy. He was the shipping and receiving manager for the Great Wolf Lodge. Mr. Tollison was an avid member of the Brothers of the Third Wheel. He also enjoyed camping.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Fisher Tollison; three children, Kenya T. Dickens of Georgia, Kara Davis and husband Scott of Kannapolis and Mason Dorsett and wife Jennifer of Wake Forest; sister, Brenda Walker of Rock Hill; three grandchildren, Ciara Davis, Abigail Dorsett and Connor Dorsett.
