Nina Mae Mcneely

Nina Mae McNeely, 90, a resident of Carillon Assisted Living of Harrisburg, died Thursday, October 28, 2004, at NorthEast Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 30, 2004, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Leon Hawks will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Lady's Funeral Home. Born May 15, 1914, in Madison County, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Robert Samuel Long and Emma Callie Long. She was a homemaker and formerly lived in Greenville, SC. In addition o her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David McNeely; and a daughter, Annelle Rodgers. Survivors include a son, Paul Teate of Kannapolis; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. The family expresses special thanks to the staff at Carillon Assisted Living for their love and excellent care.
