Next, in 1965 to the Clinton Church of Christ in Clinton, OH for 28 years. In retirement, she and Norman served at the Polaris Christian Church in Brunswick, OH. Norma’s passion for the local church was always evident in the way she served alongside her husband as a minister’s wife. She also served in various roles at Round Lake Christian Camp – leading women’s and couples’ retreats. Norma worked as the executive secretary to the superintendent at Northwest High School in Canal Fulton, OH for many years. She loved serving in the local school district and was always involved in the community. Norma loved to travel and was always ready to go and see something new! She and Norman hosted several international trips for others, but her favorite place was the beach and spending time with her family! Her life was characterized by a deep love for the Lord, her family and bringing joy into the lives of everyone she met. She was dearly loved by all for her wisdom, friendship, humor and the ability to make everyone feel welcomed, loved and accepted.
