Norris Wayne Daningburg

Norris Wayne Daningburg, 76, of 2020 Mt. Pleasant Road, West, Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, June 25, 2010. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Forest Jones will officiate. Military Honors will be conducted by the US Navy. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Lady's Funeral Home. Born August 8, 1933 in New Hope, NY, he was the son of the late Pastor Kenneth Daningburg and Alice Frink Daningburg. Norris was a graduate of Norwich High School in Norwich, NY. He served in the US Navy for four years and was employed by IBM for 33 years. He was an active member of the Piedmont Singing Men chorus for three years and enjoyed photography and hiking. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Philip Daningburg; and a brother, Pastor Mendel Daningburg. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Keagle Daningburg; three daughters, Sharon Watson of Sharpsville, IN, Susan Carl of Rochester, NY, Lorraine Redman of El Reno, OK; a son, Mark Daningburg of New London; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
