Mr. Outou Rathida, 38, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System - NorthEast in Concord.
A funeral service is scheduled from 1 to 3:00 pm Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7:00 pm Friday at Lady's Funeral Home, and again Saturday prior to the funeral.
Mr. Rathida was born May 30, 1978 in Laos. He was the son of Invilay Rathida and Khamouane Muongvong. He worked for Owens Corning as a welder.
Mr. Rathida, in addition to his parents, is survived by his wife of 12 years, Hansa Xaiyabatha; and three children, Emily Rathida, Arthit Xiayabatha and Duanjai Xaiyabatha Rathida.
