Patricia Lemly

Patricia Helms Lemly, 78, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, at her home in Kannapolis.

Mrs. Lemly was born November 15, 1937 in Cabarrus County. She was the daughter of the late James Wriston Helms and Ann Cavanaugh Helms.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Renee Alexander, and son, Damon Keith Lemly.

Mrs. Lemly is survived by her son, Hoyt “Chris” Lemly, Jr. and Kelli Compton of Huntersville; a sister, Barbara Helms Roache of Kannapolis; 3 grandchildren, Crissa Lemly, Amanda Page High, and Sandi Lemly; and four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 108 St. Joseph Street, Kannapolis, NC 28083.
