Paul C. Freeze

Mr. Paul C. Freeze, 72, of 8611 Old Freeze Road, Kannapolis, died Thursday, August 28, 2003, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted 5 p.m. Friday, August 29, 2003, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2003, at Carolina Memorial Park. The Rev. Vance Lowe will officiate. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the home of his daughter, Kim Freeze Barnett, 8601 Old Freeze Road, Kannapolis. Born December 1, 1930, in Rowan County, he was a son of the late Floyd C. Freeze and the late Carrie Craven Freeze. Mr. Freeze was retired from US Airways. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hubbard Freeze; a daughter, Diane Freeze; a son, Paul C. Freeze, Jr.; and two sisters, Julie Freeze and Mary Wallace. Survivors include a daughter, Kim Freeze Barnett and her husband, Michael, of Kannapolis; a son, Steve Freeze of Kannapolis; two sisters, Helen Keever and Pauline Beaver, both of Kannapolis; one brother, Bill Freeze of Kannapolis; and four grandchildren, Ashley Barnett, Brenna Barnett, Daniel Freeze and Shannon Freeze.
