Pauline Mcelroy Seagraves

Mrs. Pauline Cora McElroy Seagraves, 92, of 7346 Gold Hill Road, Concord, died Friday, August 25, 2006, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2006, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Tommy Long and the Rev. Gary Chapman will officiate. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3:45 p.m. Monday at Lady's Funeral Home. At other times they will be at the residence. Born January 29, 1914, in Madison County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas McElroy and Annie Cora Adams McElroy. She was a homemaker and member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Her husband, Paul Hardy Seagraves, preceded her in death on January 3, 2001. Survivors include four sons, Donnie Seagraves and wife Cindy, Bobby Seagraves and wife Linda, both of Concord, Wayne Seagraves and wife Belinda of Apex, Harold Seagraves and wife Margaret of Colorado Springs, CO; 10 grandchildren, Jodie Dickie, Hal Seagraves, Shannon Miskol, Lorie Owens, Scottie Seagraves, Brian Seagraves, Brad Seagraves, Timmy Seagraves, D. J. Seagraves and Mattie Seagraves; and eight great-grandchildren.
