Pearl Graybeal Kelsey

Mrs. Pearl Graybeal Kelsey, 97, of Best of Care Rest Home, Kannapolis, died Monday, March 3, 2003, at NorthEast Medical Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:30 PM Thursday, March 6, 2003, at Lady's Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Sam Crisp will officiate. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The body will be in state at Lady's Funeral Home Thursday until the funeral hour. Mrs. Kelsey was born May 4, 1905 in Abbington, VA. She was a daughter of the late Palmer Patterson Graybeal and Anner Yaunce Graybeal. She was retired from the Sheet Department of Cannon Mills. Mrs. Kelsey, in addition to her parents, was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kelsey, and two children, Jim Kelsey and June Kelsey. Mrs Kelsey is survived by a daughter, Kathleen K. Bennett, and her husband, Wally, of Kannapolis; one granddaughter, Patricia B. Beck of Charlotte.
