Priscilla Knight Robbins

Priscilla Knight Robbins, 55, of 1442 Cove Road, Kannapolis, died Saturday, May 23, 2009 at her home. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis. The Rev. Jarrod Lanning will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. at the church. Born January 17, 1954 in Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of Virginia McCoy Knight and the late Lewis B. Knight. She was employed as a custodian at Landis Elementary School. Mrs. Robbins was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Knight and Arnold Knight. Survivors in addition to her mother, include her husband, Robert Robbins; daughter, Michelle R. Bost and husband, Ryan, of Rockwell; son, Kevin Robbins of Kannapolis; sister, Peggy Gardner of Roxboro; two brothers, Darrell Helms of Charlotte and Charles Knight of Cleveland; and a grandchild, Memphis Bost.
