Dear Nancy, Robbie (as we knew him), Mary Katherine, and Elizabeth,

We are lifting your family up in prayer. My family (Jamieson family) and I were members of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Greenville. We loved Pastor Nahouse and his generous heart, kind spirit, and loving hands. He taught several of us in Confirmation, guided us through his ministry, and mentored us to bring faith to every aspect of our lives. I can hear his voice even today as he sang with the choir.

The impact of Pastor Nahouse's leadership in our church is still with us every day, and for that, we are grateful. We mourn his passing from the many places where each of us lives. We celebrate his life, and we pray for God's comfort for your family during this time of grief. We think of you often with love and remember the good times at ORLC. RIP and love, Pastor Nahouse. You were a great Pastor, and we know you went to heaven in peace and joy and a hymn to sing.

Nancy and Family,

On behalf of the members at Our Redeemer Lutheran in Greenville we send to you our deepest condolences. This congregation and community were greatly blessed by Pastor Nahouse’s ministry. Serving as our longest tenured pastor, Pastor Nahouse faithfully shepherd this congregation through its greatest season of growth in our history. Although it has been 27 years since he served in this place, many still remember and recall his welcoming presence, his faithful preaching and teaching, and fondly recall him being “such a good man”. While many from Greenville weren’t able to be present for Graham’s service know that you all have been and will continue to be in our prayers as you mourn his death. We give thanks to God for his leadership, and the positive impact he had on many in this place.

I am the current interim pastor at Grace Lutheran in Washington North Carolina.

Thanks to Pierson, I was sorry to hear this news. Our family met in Greenville when our daughter, Christy was at ECU. Please be comforted knowing that Graham has joined a lot of very special people in that Eternal home. He and Mark have a lot of catching up to do.
