Ralph Junior Hendrix

Mr. Ralph Junior Hendrix, 73, of Old Earnhardt Road, Kannapolis, died Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at the Laurels of Salisbury. Born March 5, 1935 in Hendersonville, he was the son of the late Charlie Hendrix and Hattie Marlow Hendrix. He retired from W. A. Brown and Son in Salisbury and formerly worked at Linn-Corriher Mill in Landis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jilda Crisp Hendrix; and a daughter, Lisa Miller. Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Nicholson and husband, Michael, of Kannapolis; a granddaughter, Wanda Michelle Crawford and husband, John; and six great-grandchildren, Katherine Danielle Carter, Amanda Nicole Crawford, Brandy Marie Crawford, Cristofer Nicholson, Travis Nicholson and Candice Nicholson. Private services will be held by the family.
