Rebekah Madelynn Hart-O'Sullivan

Mrs. Rebekah Madelynn Hart-O'Sullivan, 51, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018, in Concord.

A funeral service is scheduled for 7:00 pm Friday, January 12, 2018, at Concord First Assembly Worship Center. Burial with military honors will be on Saturday in the Stewart Family Cemetery in Keyrock, WV.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6:45 pm Friday at Concord First Assembly Worship Center.

Mrs. Hart-O'Sullivan was born April 30, 1966 in New Castle, PA. She was the daughter of the late Merle Willis Hart and Charlene Stewart Hart. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). Rebekah was a Relief Operations Supervisor for MEDIC in Charlotte where she was worked since 2010.

Mrs. Hart-O'Sullivan is survived by her husband, Patrick William O'Sullivan; four children, Madelynn Elkins of Los Angeles, Duncan O'Sullivan, Logan O'Sullivan and Bryce O'Sullivan, all of Concord; and her brother, Windsor Hart of Mullens, WV.
